“Mindfulness Meditation has taught me the art of calm. When the mind is calm and clear everything is just a bit brighter and more beautiful. We have the patience to see and hear things as they really are. We are able to function from a place of love rather than the constant judgement of ego. Give yourself the greatest gift ever. Come learn how mindfulness can change the quality of your life.” Tina Heathers
